We've added two new features to the Deals tab:

1. You can now change Deal stages from the top of a Deal without going into "Edit" mode:

Select the drop-down box labeled "Stage"

2. You can also rearrange stages with your mouse by going to Settings >> Deals and selecting the stages to move:
