With regards to Facebook message privacy, you can set your account to Private in the Settings >> Networks & Imports page. By default, your messages are set to private from your team, so double-check that this is so in your settings.

There isn’t currently a way to make certain contacts private, we have an “all or nothing” approach to privacy for Facebook messages with contacts because of how we work with their API.

If there are some Facebook contacts that were imported into Nimble that were irrelevant, I recommend deleting those contacts from Nimble altogether to save space and keep your business contacts separate from personal contacts.
