      <title>Nimble Exchange Integration</title>
      <description>Hi

I think there is a potential show stopper here. It appears that following recent changes to MSFT's office 365 services for IMAP that many clients can no longer connect to the IMAP service. MSFT has simplified its IMAP servers to outlook.office365.com and smtp.office365.com I am now unable to connect and judging by the forums, I am not alone.

The issue started for me when the office365 service required me to change the password for my account. This then required me to delete and reconfigure the Nimble connection to IMAP and its been broken since. This is actually a complete show stopper for me and I would guess for anyone else who currently connects Nimble to office 365 using IMAP.

IS there a work around? 

Would be interested to know what Nimble's plans to integrate directly  with Exchange might be, especially as Office365 seems to be gathering momentum?

There are a few support tickets open so I will keep my fingers crossed for a solution because I love Nimble.</description>

      <description>Hi Nimble folks. Our company just began using Nimble and I'm doing a series of large contact imports from various spreadsheets. 

I have a group of customized tags that I would like to import. For example, I have a list of 50 contacts I would like to import. For each contact, I want to import the following additional categories: twitter handle, type of organization, notes about the contact, and who's contact it is. We would like to use 'tags' for each one of these additional categories (except for twitter because that's already built in). 

Is there a way to import customized tags? I tried to customize your sample .csv import file, but it wouldn't let me import the twitter handle or import customized tags.

      <description>Is there a limit how many emails are pulled/fetched from an IMAP account?

I have a client with 18,000+ emails in his iCloud email service.  We've recently converted him to a Nimble user.  How do we get visibility to those older emails?  It appears that there is some fetch limit by quantity or date occurring.  Can you clarify/assist please?

      <description>I see that you dont have the ability to bcc or cc nimble for email logging. i would like to request this be changed. there are two problems with your current setup

1. pulling all email related to a company or contact clutters the Deal opportunity with every email rather than critical ones...for existing customer relationships it will get very messy

      <description>When I talk to people, they often times give me leads to a company. I would like to record that link somehow. Currently I just make a note in both the referrers profile as well as the company they said I should take a look at.

How do you remove tags from multiple contacts? When I select more than one contact and I want to add a tag it is a very easy process but there does not seem to be a similar process for removing tags.

Is there a way to do this? If I have to open each contact and edit one by one it will take me a long time to get our newsletter list ready.

      <description>Thank you Nimble team for incorporating Zapier.  My overall process is as follows:
   1.  Send out MailChimp blast to roughly 1000 people with a Eventbrite link.  
   2. People then click on link and get free tickets to art events
   3. Zapier then takes signups from Eventbrite and creates a record in Nimble.

My specific question is two fold:
   1. I don't want to create a new record if the person is already in Nimble.  How do I tell Zapier not to create on contact if they are all ready in Nimble?
   2. Using Settings-Data Fields: How do I create a check box of all the events that I hold and shows that they attended.  
   3. I would love for this to be automated from Zapier

      <description>I've only been a trial customer for a couple of days, and already I'm getting a notice that I'm close to my 30,000 contacts limit.  On LinkedIn alone, I have 30,000 contacts.  

How can I reset LinkedIn's imported contacts to zero, so I can more carefully select those I wish to interact with on Nimble?

In other words, I'd like to avoid the extra $10 charge for having over 30,000 contacts when my trial becomes "live".  Not that the $10 is unwarranted, but I'm still evaluating, and quite honestly...if I were to meet all my 30,000 LinkedIn contacts, I'd have to go to New Dehli, India for sure. (I'm a LION on LinkedIN)

...and, honestly, this note is a not-so-subtle test of your customer service, too!  :)

I deal with multiple contacts within a company. The company is the opportunity and much information is applicable to only the company and not the contact who could move from company to company.

Example: A fitness facility has X members and a juice bar. I call Jane Doe to further the sales process. Because it's easier to make notes from her record while on a call with her, I do so, yet some of the notes are applicable to the company instead.

The company address field appears to be isolated to one location; for instance, if I run operations in the Philippines and the United States, there's no distinguishing the different addresses, as each would say other. Most of my company contacts have multiple company address locations in different countries; is there plans to add a description to the addresses, such as: Corporate Headquarters or Eastern Division, European Headquarters, or do I add a tab like CampaignerCRM labeled parent, associate, or subsidiaries?

      <description>Im experimenting with generic csv imports and have imported 5 contacts with fields "Tag 1/ Tag 2 / Tag 3/ Tag 4 / Tag 5 /First Name/Last Name/Company/Job Title/E-mail Address" etc etc

When I import this small test, there is a box that states "Tags" under the file upload.

I typed in all 6 new tags comma separated, then semicolon separated, and they didn't import as new nimble tags, even though the csv detailed all tags across 5 columns titled tag 1 - tag 5.
 
Any  idea how to upload new contacts with multiple tags and get these tags auto recognised by nimble, adding them to the tag list automatically?</description>
