With the Call Logging widget, you can track all interactions with your customers to help help stay on top of follow ups, improve relationships and measure your team's success.

How to add the Call Logging widget:

On your Today Page dashboard, select "Manage Widgets" and select "Calls" to add it.

How does it all work?

The Call feature enables you to quickly log and schedule activities related to a contact. This feature includes the ability to schedule a call date/time, log call duration, call resolution, completion date/time, and more. You and your team can log calls from the past, present, and for the future.

In the widget, you can view you and your team's "Pending Calls" as well as "Completed Calls.

If you are the admin of the group, the ability to see Team calls will help you to keep track of who on your team is actively engaging with customers.

How to: Mark a call as complete

Quickly mark a pending call as complete from within the widget by selecting the call and setting the "Resolution". Once the resolution is set, the call will be moved to "Completed" calls.

How to: Create a new call

Create calls on the fly by utilizing the "Call Logging" widget. After adding the widget, just click "Create Call" to quickly add a pending or competed call.
