Be smart about your relationships by adding Nimble's intelligent insights to your company contacts.
For example, here’s Jon’s contact record. At the top, you’ll find key lead details, contact information, and tags associated with Jon.
Mark a contact as important and decide how often you’d like to stay in touch.
Communication with a contact will appear in the “Status” box. Choose lead details and view pending deals. You can create custom lead details in your Settings.
Schedule a task, event, and log touch for your contact. You can also send a message, add notes, assign deals, and attach files.
These interactions will appear in the Pending & History tab. Click the drop-down menu to filter by Messages, Events/Tasks, Notes, Deals, and Attachments.
Build a contact record by adding their potential matching profile.
On the right-hand side of the contact record, Nimble will "automagically" create a Smart Summary for a contact based on the information included on their social network profiles.
For more details, click on the Contact Info tab. Here you will be able to see social profiles, bios, and much more. If you created custom fields in Settings, they’ll be listed in this tab.
A contact’s profiles, signals, and streams will appear in the Social tab.
