We've partnered with PieSync to offer a better contact sync for our Office 365 subscribers. Now you can connect your Office 365 to Nimble via PieSync to create a two-way sync for your contacts.

Nimble and Outlook Web App (Office 365)

Combining Nimble with Outlook Web App (Office 365) allows administrators and teams to manage company contacts in a shared Nimble team database in addition to tracking email communication, sales and activity with your most important contacts and leads.

Setting Up Sync 

Thanks to PieSync's team features, you and your colleagues can sync contacts in Outlook Web App into Nimble.  PieSync will check for duplicates by using the contact email address as the unique identifier.   

Syncing Options

With PieSync, you can set up two-way or one-way sync between Nimble and other sources. 

Sync from Outlook to Nimble 

You can choose to sync your complete list of Outlook contacts to Nimble or create intelligent sync rules by filtering by folders found in Outlook. This way, you remain in full control of which contacts are synced to Nimble.

All contacts that are added to Nimble will also be synced by PieSync into the corresponding Outlook folder. 

What happens to deleted contacts?
If you delete a contact in either source, PieSync will label the deleted contacts as "trash" in the other source so you can manually check and then delete them there too (explanation video)
