Introduction to the Nimble Contact plan

We built our Nimble Contact plan to provide a simple relationship manager for individuals and teams that don’t want to deal with the extra costs of the Nimble Business plan or commit to the Nimble Business plan. 

You may use Nimble Contact on its own or combine it with another CRM or Marketing Automation system to enrich your contacts with Nimble's social details and insights.

How do I know if the Nimble Contact plan is for me? 

Maybe you don't care for Marketing Automation or CRM and you just want a unified inbox for your email and contacts that area spread across social networks.

Or maybe you already have a company CRM or Marketing Automation system and you're looking to enrich your contacts with Nimble's social details and insights.

Key Features 

  • Starts at $9 per user/month when billed annually and is $12 per user/month when billed month-to-month. 
  • This plan is limited to 5 user licenses. 
  • Features the Today Page, Contacts, Search and Segmentation, Messages, Activities, and the Nimble Smart Contacts App.
  • Includes 5,000 contact records and you may upgrade to 25,000 max contacts. 
  • Supports Third Party Integrations with MailChimp, Wufoo, PandaDoc, and PieSync from within Nimble. 
  • Includes up to 2,000 free contact syncs per user via our PieSync integration. Works with 80+ SaaS business applications. 
  • Nimble Contact does not include Reports, Deals, Group Messaging, or Signals. 

How do I sign up for the Nimble Contact plan?

For Trial accounts, select the Nimble Contact plan on your Billing page, add your payment information, and switch plans. 

For Nimble Business accounts, reduce your account usage to 5,000 contact records, 1 GB of storage per user, 3 email templates/per user and 5 users or less. Once you have met these limits, you may downgrade in your Billing page.

If you're working outside of the Nimble Web App, our Smart Contacts App and Nimble Add-in for Outlook allow you to hover over anyone’s email address to access their complete profile, including engagement history and social insights; track email signals; and log communications and update contact data automatically. . 

Supported platforms include Android, iPhone, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and popular cloud-based business applications.
