Nimble and HubSpot Connection Overview

Your Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in HubSpot will only show information about how many pages they visited on your website, which pages, etc. By connecting your MQLs to Nimble, you'll be able to add a social intelligence layer to truly understand your potential buyers. 

In other words, use HubSpot to collect leads and Nimble to enrich your leads with sales intelligence insights. 

Basic Workflows for HubSpot and Nimble

Syncing Nimble to HubSpot. Nimble sends enriched contact information to HubSpot so your HubSpot lead scoring can be calculated based on more attributes.

Syncing HubSpot to Nimble. You can sync website visits and website activity from HubSpot and into Nimble. This is the quickest way to get MQLs into Nimble. 

For instance, you can control Nimble's contact rating based on a prospect's responsiveness to e-mails that are being sent via HubSpot.

If your marketing runs on HubSpot, you can score based on :

  • e-mails clicked 
  • e-mails opened 
  • website visits 
  • website link clicks 
  • form submissions 
  • ... and so much more

Can I Sync Custom Fields?

Yes! You can also sync HubSpot's data fields to Nimble through PieSync's customizable field mapping. 

First, create the custom fields you need within Nimble in Settings >> Data Fields. Be sure the field names match the fields you are syncing from HubSpot, as this will ensure that you're not confused when viewing data in both systems. 

On the PieSync dashboard you can map those custom fields between HubSpot and Nimble, so that this information is synced to Nimble from HubSpot. You only need to link these fields once, and you're all setup!
