We don’t officially support access to Nimble from the iPad, but it should work when using Safari. 

In Safari, go to app.nimble.com and enter your email and password. You'll then be able to access your account.

If you experience any difficulties, try clearing your Safari cache and cookies in the iPad Settings, and see if this helps
