Nimble enables you to see all of your tasks, events and calendar all on one page.
Nimble comes with its own calendar. You can also connect your Google or Office 365 Calendars to Nimble in Settings >> Networks & Imports.
Once your calendars are properly set up, you’ll be able to sync events between Nimble and Google Calendar.
What Displays On My Agenda Page?
The Agenda page will display all of your events and tasks by the scheduled day and time.
When you click on an event you have the option to view and/or make edits to the event.
The small calendar on the left allows you to toggle through dates to easily view past and future events.
Just below this calendar, is the Task section where you can choose to turn off task display for the Agenda page.
You also have the option to view task by team members and/or tag.
Additionally, Calendars are color coded and can easily be turned off by clicking on the calendar’s name.
What Displays On My Task Page?
The Task page will show you a list of all your activities sorted by “Overdue”, “Upcoming” and “Later.”
You can also view tasks by “Upcoming,” “Starred,” “Completed,” and “Delegated.” Additionally, you may select any team member's name in the "Assigned To" dropdown on the lefthand side of the page, to see their tasks!
What Displays On My Calendar Page?
For a graphical view, you can quickly see all of your events on the calendar.
When you click on an event from the calendar, you will have the ability to see the event/modify it.
View your events in the calendar by Day, Week, or Month. Or use the small calendar to the left to choose a specific date and time.
