Nimble offers flexible tracking for both opens and clicks. However, due to recent changes with Gmail blocking open tracking pixels, the default setting in Nimble is Link Clicks Only. You can still choose to enable both Opens and Clicks tracking if needed.

To learn more about this change, take a look at the following: Ensure Email Deliverability With Link Only Tracking

This guide will show you how to adjust your tracking settings.

To begin, go to the Messages tab and click "New Message". After composing your message, you'll find the "Track Only Link Clicks" option at the bottom, which is enabled by default.

To change this setting, click the toggle to view three tracking options, with "Track Only Link Clicks" marked as recommended.

Please note: Some email providers (such as Gmail) may flag emails with open tracking as spam. It's best to use open tracking only when sending messages to known contacts.

When you're ready, click "Send."

Once your recipient opens the message, you’ll receive a time and date notification in the Tracking section.

Notifications are enabled by default, but you can disable them by clicking the toggle on the left. You’ll have the option to turn them off for 24 hours, 48 hours, or permanently.
