Learn how to manage, upgrade, and pay for Nimble Prospector enrichment credits.

How many enrichment credits do I get per month? 

  • Nimble Business plan - 25 credits per user per month

How do I check on my credit usage? 

Navigate to Settings >> Billing and check out the "# of ## Enrichment Credits" line in Account Status.

Do my included Prospector Enrichment Credits expire? 

Enrichment credits reset to the base value on your monthly billing date. For example, enrichment credits for the Nimble Business account reset to 25 per user on your monthly billing date. They do not roll over between months. This does not affect the number of credits purchased as an add-on. 

Do my add-on enrichment credits expire? 

Yes, additional enrichment credits expire on your billing date. 

How are enrichment credits shared between team members? 

Each team member on a Nimble account has a base number of enrichment credits for themselves. For example, Business Accounts have 25 enrichment credits per user per month. 

How are add-on enrichment credits shared between team members? 

Add-on enrichment credits are shared between all team members. For example, teams that purchase 100, 200, 300, etc. additional credits will have these shared among all team members. We plan to introduce administrative restrictions in the future.

How do I upgrade my credits? 

Have your Account Administrator select "Add More Credits" to add more enrichment credits to be shared amongst your team members. 

Credits can be added in increments of 100 for an additional $10 per month.

Once you select "Add More enrichment credits", select the enrichment credits you would like to add:

For annual plans, you are billed on an annual basis. For example, for 100 credits, it would be $99.63/year.

Since enrichment credits expire on your billing date and do not roll over, be sure to select the # of credits you are sure to use within this time period.
