Nimble Web Chat feature comes with a 30-day free trial as part of the Web Forms & Web Chat inbound features.
To get started, head to the Inbound tab in your Nimble account and click 'Start Your Trial Now'.
To check how much time is left in your trial, go to Settings > Billing > Account Status - the expiration date will be shown there:

Note:
If you start the Web Forms & Web Chat trial during your 14-day Nimble trial, both trials will run simultaneously.
The Web Forms & Web Chat trial cannot be extended beyond 30 days so we encourage you to take full advantage of them during the trial period.
When your trial comes to an end, you’ll be automatically charged a prorated amount for the add-on covering the rest of your billing cycle.
Web Chat Billing Details
After the trial period ends, Nimble Web Chats are offered as a paid add-on at the price $12/month for 10 Web Forms & Web Chats. This allowance covers both Nimble Web Chats and Web Forms combined and is shared across your entire account.
*You can either combine web forms and web chats for a total of 10 items, or simply create 10 web chats if you do not wish to use web forms.
You can easily add upgrades in increments of 10 additional Web Forms & Web Chats for $12/month each. Simply go to Settings > Billing > Account Status, and under Web Forms & Chats, click ‘modify add-on’ to increase the amount as needed.
Upgrades may also be removed anytime by clicking ‘Modify Add-on’ and adjusting your limits accordingly.
Note: During the 14-day trial, you cannot upgrade beyond 10 web forms & web chats.
Microsoft plan offers Web Forms & Web Chat options of 3, 10, and 30 included with the base plan, no trial is required.
