Nimble New AI Search feature allows you to find contacts by describing who you're looking for in everyday language. To get the most relevant results, it helps to be clear about what you're searching for and which contact details matter most.

Here are a few tips to help you create effective searches:
Be Specific About Who You're Looking For
When writing your search request, include details that help identify the contacts you want to find, such as job titles, locations, companies, or tags.
For example, instead of searching for: "Find people in marketing."
Try: "Find marketing managers in Chicago."
Adding more specific details helps Nimble AI generate filters that better match your search criteria.
Use Information Available in Your Contact Records
Keep in mind that missing or outdated contact information may affect your search results.
AI Search generates filters based on the information stored in your Nimble contact records. For more accurate results, make sure your search requests reflect the details available in your account.
Combine Multiple Search Criteria
You can include several conditions in a single request to narrow down your search.
For example: "Find founders in Boston where phone is not empty."
This request combines a job title, location, and a phone number. Nimble AI will generate the corresponding filters based on your description.
Review and Adjust Your Filters
After running a search, take a moment to review the filters Nimble AI has generated.
Make sure the selected fields and conditions reflect what you're looking for.
You can change, remove, or add filters directly in the segment builder to refine your results.
