The first step in connecting Nimble CRM to 366 Degrees is to navigate to the 366 Degrees Portal Admin section on the left side of page under Portal Admin select "Manage Apps." Click Nimble CRM "Install App."
Do the following to connect Nimble with 366 Degrees for sharing campaign information for Activities and to Launch 366 Drip Campaigns from Nimble CRM:
Login to Nimble CRM or go to your already logged in browser tab and paste the following url https://app.nimble.com/#app/settings/externalLinks_settings
Configuring Nimble CRM Settings Step 1: Create the 366 Degrees Activity View in Nimble (From Your Nimble Login)
Navigate to the Nimble CRM Settings area located where your profile picture is top right corner
Click Settings Integrations- Choose "External Web Page" settings
Click the Add a Web Page Button and type and Name tab "366 Activity" in the name field
Copy the 366 Activity URL from your 366 Degrees account (without) the quotations and paste into the URL field and then Click Save
Note: You can always find your 366 Activity URL for Nimble CRM by navigating to 366 Degrees "Manage Apps" section in the 366 Degrees Platform and clicking on "info button" on the Nimble App.
Now when on a contact in Nimble you can navigate to the Quick Lookup's tab on the Nimble record, select 366 Activity Drop Down to see your contacts 366 Degrees Activity Stream. 366 Degrees will share live interactions and engagement from your campaigns with Nimble in this area.
Configuring Nimble CRM Settings Step 2: Create the 366 Degrees Drip View in Nimble (From Your Nimble Login)
Navigate to the Nimble CRM Settings area located where your profile picture is top right corner
Click Settings Integrations- Choose "External Web Page" settings
Click the Add a Web Page Button and type and Name tab "366 Drip" in the name field
Copy the 366 Drip URL from your 366 Degrees account (without) the quotations and paste into the URL field and then Click Save
Note: You can always find your 366 Drip URL for Nimble CRM by navigating to 366 Degrees "Manage Apps" section in the 366 Degrees Platform and clicking on "info button" on the Nimble App.
Now when on a contact in Nimble you can navigate to the Quick Lookup's tab on the Nimble record, select 366 Drip Drop Down to see available 366 Degrees Open Drip Campaigns. The 366 Open Drip function for Nimble CRM allows you to build automated campaigns that can be launched directly from your Nimble Contacts and Leads
