Nimble retrieves new messages every 5 minutes if the user is logged in. If you are logged out, Nimble fetches every 1 hour.
Refreshing is often done when a user switches between different views or tabs, e.g. list view and message full view, or Inbox and Archive, or Contacts tab and Messages tab.
If you are in the app and it seems like your messages aren't refreshing, select the blue "Refresh" button at the top of the Messages tab, and we will retrieve the latest messages we find on your accounts.
