If the contact's name is blue, it means there is a record of this contact in your Nimble database. If you click on the blue name, Nimble will take you to their profile record. If the contact's name is in black, it means this contact is not in your Nimble database.
You have the opportunity to import this contact! On the top right of the Messages tab, you can add any contacts that appear under "Not In Nimble" by hovering over their name and clicking the "+" icon.
