Notes are critical to closing deals and starting new business relationships. They allow you to keep track of where you left off in a conversation, promises that were made, and key details about the customer and what's important to them.
Let us show you how to log and track notes in Nimble so that you can build and maintain strong relationships with your customers.
Log Notes on a Contact:
To log a note on your contact, just click "Add Note". A pop-up form will appear where you can quickly enter/structure your notes.
Once you're done creating your note, simply click "Add Note". It will then appear under the Interactions tab in "Notes.
Log Notes on a Deals:
In Deals, select "Log Note" to create a note. Once saved, the note will appear under "Notes" in the deal.
Please Note: Notes from another CRM cannot be imported to the Note field in Nimble. You can upload them through a CSV file as a custom field or when added to the "Description" field. Please see this article for more information: Nimble CSV Import Wizard
