We are still working out the kinks with the HubSpot integration as it does cause duplicates within Nimble. This is due to how their API interacts with Nimble.
To resolve this issue, we append a tag titled “HubSpot Duplicate” to your duplicates from HubSpot.
To locate this tag, simply go to your Contacts tab. Under the "Tags" section, choose the tag titled “HubSpot Duplicate”.
Select all contacts in “HubSpot Duplicate” tag then click the trash icon to delete.
You should no longer see the duplicates in your account. From time to time, you will need to repeat this process to remove “HubSpot Duplicate” contacts.
