Exporting your contacts from Ez Texting via CSV and importing them to Nimble is very easy. Just take the steps below:

Exporting From The Contacts Page

Step 1: From the left navigation panel, click Contacts.

Step 2: Click Export Contacts. A download link will also appear at the top of the EZ page after it has sent to your email. You may have to refresh to see this link appear.

Exporting From The Delivery Report

Exporting from your delivery report may be helpful to keep track or update contact information in your main database.

Step 1: Go to your Outbox on the left panel

Step 2: Click directly on the message in your Outbox to be brought to the delivery report

Step 3: Click the Details tab or one of the "box" options like "Bounced" to be brought to a page with just those numbers in a certain category.

Step 4: Select the Export button at the top right or "Export these contacts (.csv)"

Exporting From Your Inbox

Step 1: Go to your Inbox

Step 2: Use the Search Filter to find certain types of responses

Step 3: Click "Export Incoming Messages" on the bottom left of the inbox

Import to Nimble

  1. Click your avatar in the top right hand corner

  2. Choose Networks & Imports

  3. From here, use the Import Wizard to upload your file.
