Exporting your contacts from Intercom via CSV and importing them to Nimble is very simple. Just take the steps below:

Step 1: First, select the users' data you want to export as a CSV.

Step 2: Next click the 'Export' button that appears at the top of the page.

Step 3: In the dialogue box that opens, select to export only those data columns currently displayed or all columns, then click 'Export'.

Your CSV will be delivered to you by email. Please note that the link to your CSV file will expire after one hour.

Import to Nimble

  1. Click your avatar in the top right hand corner

  2. Choose Networks & Imports

  3. From here, use the Import Wizard to upload your file.
