Bring your Drift contacts to Nimble via CSV

Exporting your contacts from Drift via CSV and importing them to Nimble is very simple. Just take the steps below:

Step 1: Go to your Drift sidebar and choose "Visitors" and then select Contact Segments from the left hand menu.

Step 2: Then select New Segment to create a new contact segment

Step 3: Then select the Filter drop down and choose Attribute

Step 4: Then search for Email

Step 5: Select "is known" as the option followed by Apply Filter

Step 6: Next, select Create Segment

Step 7: After the segment has been created, go back to the Contact Segment option in the left hand menu and locate the segment you have created

Step 8: After opening your newly created Segment, you will then select the "Manage Members" button in the top right corner and select to Export.

Import to Nimble

  1. Click your avatar in the top right hand corner

  2. Choose Networks & Imports

  3. From here, use the Import Wizard to upload your file.
