Whether you are working in-app, on the web or in your Inbox, Nimble enables you to quickly attach files to your contact and deal records from a Google Drive account, OneDrive account, Dropbox account or from your computer.
Lets take a look!
Attaching files in-app
To attach a file to a contact record, just visit the contact record and click "Files". From here, you have the option to attach from one of the available options.
Nimble will display the attachment's name, source, user who uploaded it, date and size. To delete the attachment, just click the 3 dots then choose "Delete".
To attach a files to a deal, just visit the record and choose "Attach From". You'll then have the option to attach from a Dropbox, Google Drive or Dropbox account.
Attaching files from your Inbox
While working within your Gmail inbox, you'll want to install our Nimble Prospector App. This way you can take Nimble with you as you routinely check your messages.
To attach a file to a contact record, just open the Prospector App while in an email thread. From here, you can choose the person you are communicating with, "Choose Files" from the drop down list. Then select "Add Files".
Attaching files to contacts from the web
As you surf the web, bring our Nimble Prospector App with you. Just like working within your Inbox, you can attach files to contact records using the app.
