Nimble's new Draft and Send Later feature is now available on Android and iOS. With these new features, you can draft your messages ahead of time and set them to go out at a specific time or date. This way, you can keep your inbox organized and avoid the rush of sending messages during busy times of the day.

Step 1: Download the apps. You may download the apps here:

Step 2: Import Contacts from a desktop. You can learn how to do this here: Get Started: Importing Your Contacts to Nimble

Or click the + sign in the Contacts tab to add new contacts from within the mobile.

Step 3: Once contacts have been imported, visit their record and click the Message form. You will then see the option to compose your message.

Step 4: Compose your message as you normally would then click the 3 dots in the bottom right-hand corner. Choose "Send Later" then choose the time and date you'd prefer to send your message.

When ready, choose "Send Later".

Your message will be sent out at the time and day selected.

You can also choose "Save Draft" to simply save a draft of that message and continue editing it at a later time.

View schedule Drafts and Send Later messages

To view a list of your scheduled Send Later messages, open Nimble from a desktop and visit the Message tab. Click on the folder labeled "Send Later." Here, you'll be able to access all of your queued messages that have been scheduled for a later time or date. You can select individual messages, make changes to their scheduled times, unschedule them, or even choose to send them immediately.

When you create a draft email, it will automatically be saved in your Drafts folder within the Message tab. To access your drafts, simply click on the Drafts tab on the left-hand side of the page. Here, you will find all of your draft emails organized by date, making it easy to find the specific message you're looking for.

To begin working on a draft, simply click on it and start typing, your previous work will be saved and ready for you to pick up where you left off.
