Setting up Automations in Workflows

With the integration successfully enabled, proceed to your Workflows tab and select a workflow, then click on 'Manage Automations'.

Next, click on 'New Automation'. From there, you can configure when actions take place. Select the 'PhoneBurner Call Done' trigger and specify a value next to 'Call Status'. For instance, you could input 'No Answer' to indicate that the person did not pick up.

Following that, select an action to take place upon triggering. For example, you might opt for "Add or Move Contact in Workflow," advancing the contact card to the next stage when triggered.

In the subsequent step, specify the stage to which the contact card is moved. In this illustration, the stage 'Attempting Contact' has been chosen.

Finally, you have the option to "Add another action" or "Finalize Automation."

Additional actions may involve creating activities, such as logging a call on the contact record after a call is placed.

Using the PhoneBurner Integration

After setting up the automation, navigate to the Workflow and switch to the List view. Choose the contact(s) you wish to call.

At the top, select the option to "Create Dial Session." This will launch PhoneBurner, allowing you to place your call. Allow access to your mic and once ready click "Start Dialing".

Before concluding the call, ensure to select the Call Status Value at the bottom. This action will prompt an update for the contact in Nimble.

With the Automations configured, the contact was seamlessly transitioned to the 'Attempting Contact' stage within the Workflow, and the call was efficiently logged on the contact record.
