Team collaboration and efficiency are key to boosting your results and making stronger authentic connections. That's why Nimble enables you to easily collaborate with your team to build engaging content that your customers will respond well to, using shared templates.

Creating Shared Templates
Now that you know how group messaging works, you can start creating templates by heading to your Settings >> Email Settings.
To create several email templates, click "Add Template". This will bring up our template editor, where you can insert all of your email fields, including attachments and merge tags.

Once you create a template, it will be added to your existing template list with the option to share the template with your team member, edit the template or delete it.
Nimble Tip: Share templates that have a high open and click rate so that your team can utilize messaging that has proven to deliver successful results.
Please note, email templates are private by default, however, you can click the padlock icon on the template to share it with everyone on your team.
Templates that have been shared with you by your team members will appeared underneath the ones you created.
Where to find Shared Templates
Once a template has been shared with you, there are a few places where you can utilize them.
To utilize a shared template on a contact record, just visit the contact and click Message >> Send Email. Then choose "Select Template" and a dropdown list will appear. Your team's shared templates will appear towards the bottom of the list under "Shared With Me".
To send a template that has been shared with you to a list of contacts, just select that group of contacts from within your Contacts tab and send them to the group messaging page.
Once here, you will find both yours and your team members templates when clicking "Select Template".
Nimble works where you work, including your Gmail Inbox! Once you install our Prospector App to your browser, you will see this app within a Gmail thread, providing the option to send templated messages to your contact.

Prospecting On The Web
With our Prospector App, Nimble can be taken anywhere you work on the web to gather insights on your potential and existing leads and continue working with them as you engage online. In addition to being able to schedule followup reminders and track deal opportunities, you can also send templates your team has shared with you.
For example, if you come across a lead of interest on Twitter, just hover over their name and build their live profile. Once they are added to your account, you can quickly engage by sending a shared template.
