Getting Started with Nimble and Reliance

We are excited to announce that Nimble has partnered with Reliance Network to assist realtors and agents with closing more deals! Reliance Network helps real estate agents build beautiful websites, as well as capture and nurture leads from web forms.

Nimble offers a way to understand and interact with your customers more authentically. We makes it easy to build and nurture client relationships by automatically enriching your contact records with important information such as location, biographies, emails, phone numbers, etc.

Reliance offers their own CRM database, but Nimble offers data enrichment which helps their customers to get a more detailed view of who their prospects and clients are. We also find their social media accounts so you can learn about what is going on in their lives, what topics they discuss most often, and from here determine how to engage with them.

This guide will walk you through setting up the integration with contact details and suggest ways to use the integration.

Setup - New Accounts

Reliance will need to activate Nimble within your Reliance account. Please send an email to to have Reliance activate Nimble.

Once Nimble is activated, Nimble will appear in your account's menu. There is a monthly fee to use Nimble with Reliance that will be paid directly to Nimble.

Nimble will open in a new browser tab outside of the Reliance system.

The first time the agent clicks the Nimble button, their first name, last name, and email address will be used to find an existing account in Nimble.

  • If not found, an account will be created in Nimble. You will need to accept Nimble's policies and step through their set-up process.

  • If found, and for agents that already have Nimble, they will be connected to their existing Nimble account. The email address must be the same in both platforms to make the initial connection.

Once connected and the Nimble account has been created/confirmed, the Reliance Account ID will be used to identify the agent going forward.

This portion is a one-way synchronization.

Setup - Existing Accounts

For those who already have an active Nimble account, you can sync your current Nimble account with your Reliance Network account once Nimble has been activated by an admin.

Navigate to your profile in your Reliance account, and scroll down to find "Nimble".

Click the "Manual Tools" button.

Click the link to authorize Reliance Network access to your Nimble account.

Contact Details

The following contact data will synchronize both ways and will run every two hours.

Contact Record:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • EmailAddress

  • City

  • State

  • Zip

  • Gender

  • Home

  • Phone

  • Cell Phone

  • Business Phone

  • Company Name

  • Birthday

  • Lead Source

The following contact data will synchronize one-way (Reliance to Nimble) and will happen on demand:

  • Email

  • First Name

  • Last Name

Ways to use the integration

As mentioned previously, Nimble will automatically sync relevant data from a lead or client's social profiles to their contact record. In addition to syncing this useful information, Nimble will also sync communications and calendar events as well as track your sales and other business opportunities through Deals, schedule followup reminders using Tasks, log notes, activity and other important details.

Another benefit to using Nimble is that it can be taken with you anywhere on the web to gather insights on your potential leads and import them to your Nimble database. If the person already exist in your account, then you can use the app to display all the information on their contact record as well as log any new information.

This can be done by using our Nimble Prospector App which is available on your Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge browsers as well as in your Outlook or Gmail Inbox.
