User Actions - Customize Sender and Duplicate for Editing

Have you ever come across the perfect email sequence from your team but wished you could tweak it just a bit to fit your style? Now you can!

With our latest feature, you can take any public sequence and make it truly yours. Override the sender's email to personalize each message, ensuring it looks like it’s coming directly from you.

Want more control? Duplicate the sequence to unlock full editing access, allowing you to refine each step and tailor it precisely to your needs. This is customization made easy, giving you the power to transform shared sequences into tools that work seamlessly for you.

Getting Started

To get started, select a sequence from your Sequences tab that the owner has made public.

On the right, you'll find the Actions button, which offers two options: Override Sender and Duplicate.

Override Sender

When you select "Override Sender," you can choose an email address from the drop-down list to change the sender for contacts you add to the sequence. Nimble will use this email to message those contacts.

Please note: This change only applies to the contacts you add; it will not affect the contacts added by the owner or other users.

Choose "Override Sender", make the selection then click "Save Sender".

Now, when you add a contact to a sequence, the messages will be sent from the email address you’ve selected.

Duplicate Sequence

When you select "Duplicate," you'll create a new sequence that you can fully customize. You’ll have the option to rename the sequence, choose the sender email address, and decide whether to share it with your team. Once you're ready, click "Duplicate Sequence" to finalize your changes.

Once created, you'll have the ability to customize Delays, Conditions, Messages, and more. When you're ready, simply publish the sequence to make it live.
