New Column Customization in Nimble

List views in Nimble now display more information upfront, allowing you to review key details at a glance.

Resize Columns to Match Your Workflow

Nimble users now have the ability to manually adjust the width of each column across their list views. Whether you're sorting deals, scanning contacts, or reviewing follow-ups, this update helps you stay better organized and move through your daily tasks more efficiently.

This flexibility allows you to expand fields containing long text - such as names or email addresses - minimize columns that aren't essential to your workflow, and create a cleaner, more focused interface.

Custom column widths are now available in the core areas of Nimble:

  • Contacts – Tailor your contact list to highlight the most important info, such as tags, emails, or phone numbers.

  • Workflows (list view) – Track task progress, deal stages, or lead movements with a layout that matches your team’s process.

  • Deals (list view) – Focus on high-priority fields like deal value, status, and close dates.

  • Activities (list view) – Get a clearer look at meetings, reminders, and tasks coming up.

How to Adjust Column Widths

Updating your view is quick and simple:

  1. Hover over the divider between any two columns.

  2. Drag left or right to resize.

  3. Release when the width is just right.

Voilà! Your preferred column sizes will be saved, so you won't have to adjust them again each time you log in.
