Working with contacts in Nimble just got even easier!

With Nimble’s breadcrumbs navigation, you can now see exactly where you came from when opening a contact record and quickly return to the relevant tab or list with just a single click.

Why Use Nimble Breadcrumbs Navigation

With Nimble breadcrumbs navigation, you can:

  • Instantly see which tab or list a contact was opened from

  • Easily return to the correct tab or list

  • Minimize unnecessary navigation and page switching

  • Focus on building relationships instead of searching

How to Use Nimble Breadcrumbs Navigation

To start using Nimble’s breadcrumbs navigation take the following steps:

  1. Go to the Contacts tab

  2. Open a contact record from the list in Nimble

The breadcrumbs at the top will show the path you took with a contact and help you stay oriented.

To go back to the previous view, click any breadcrumb from the top:

Tip: Use the left and right arrows at the top of the contact record to move through contacts in the same list without returning to the list view.

Which Lists You Can Navigate with Nimble's Breadcrumbs

Breadcrumbs navigation reflects the contact view you opened the record from, including:

  • Tagged lists – navigate through contacts grouped by specific tags

  • Saved segments – move between contacts in your custom segments

  • Search results – browse results from a new segment search without losing your place

They also display Nimble’s built-in contact views, including:

  • All Contacts

  • People

  • Companies

  • Recently Viewed

  • Recently Added

  • Marked Important

  • Stay in Touch
