Getting started with Nimble MCP takes just a few minutes. Once connected, your AI assistant can securely access the information available in your Nimble account, allowing you to work with contacts, relationship history, deals, and other CRM data directly from your conversations.

How to Connect Nimble to Your AI Assistant
Follow the steps below to connect Nimble to Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant with MCP support:
Connect Nimble to Claude
To connect your Nimble account to Claude take the following steps:
In Claude, go to Settings >> Connectors.
Click Add custom connector.
Enter Nimble as the connector name.
Paste the following URL: https://app.nimble.com/mcp
Keep the detected authentication settings.
Click Add, then Connect.
Sign in to your Nimble account and approve the connection.
Open a conversation in Claude and enable Nimble to start using it.
The connector is associated with your Claude account, so once it is set up, you can use it on the web, desktop, and mobile.
Connect Nimble to ChatGPT
To set up the connection between Nimble and ChatGPT, follow these steps:
In ChatGPT, go to Settings >> Security and login.
Turn on Developer mode (*despite the name, Developer mode does not require any coding. It simply needs to be enabled before you can add a custom MCP server).
Go to Plugins >> Personal
Click + to add a new connection
Paste the following URL: https://app.nimble.com/mcp
Keep the authentication method set to OAuth and accept the testing notice
Sign in to your Nimble account and approve the connection
Enable Nimble in the conversation where you want to use it
Note: A paid ChatGPT plan is required to use custom MCP connections.
Connect Nimble to Another AI Assistant
To connect Nimble to another AI assistant:
Add a remote MCP server in your AI assistant.
Enter the following address: https://app.nimble.com/mcp
Follow the Nimble sign-in prompt to sign in to your account.
Note: Enter the complete address, including https://, as some AI assistants may reject a bare domain.
How to Connect Two Nimble Accounts to Your AI Assistant
If you use two Nimble accounts, you can connect both to your AI assistant. To connect your second account:
Sign out of your first Nimble account in your browser.
Add a second connector using https://app.nimble.com/mcp2.
Sign in with your second Nimble account and approve the connection.
Both Nimble connections can run at the same time.
