When you export your data out of Nimble, Nimble generates and emails you a CSV file of all your contacts' information.

The CSV file is formatted to Nimble's CSV template, so that when you have made your updates/edits and are ready to re-import back into Nimble, it will be in a Nimble-ready CSV version!
