To aid in the success of your business processes, Nimble has added the ability to attach files to contact cards in Workflow. You can now see at a glance important documents pertaining to that contact. You can attach a variety of files including jpegs, PDF, doc, png, etc from your desktop. You can also attach files from cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
Files must first be added to the contact record. To learn how to add files to a contact record, check out this support article: Attach Files to a Contact Record
Once this has been completed, visit Workflow and choose the 3 dots on the contact card. From here, choose "Attach selected files to workflow card".
You can now choose a file that already appears on the contact record or upload a file from your computer.
It will appear on the contact card, like so:
Clicking on it will open the file.

Files can also be attached to a Workflow from the contact record.
Just visit the contact record and locate the Opportunities widget on the left side of the page. Click on the Stage the contact is currently in then choose "Attach file to workflow card".
