With the Contacts List widget, you will see all of your contacts from saved searches and from Workflows. This will help you to keep track of important leads and further engagement by setting reminders and seeing at a glance, what stage your contact is in the workflow process.

How to add the Contact List widget

On your Today Page dashboard, select "Manage Widgets" and select "Contacts List" to add it.

How does it all work?

The Workflow feature enables you and your team to track all of your most important processes in one place. When you receive a new lead, contact, or company, you can add contacts directly to a workflow to begin the nurturing process.

The Segmentation feature enables you to search across many data fields to help you organize your contacts into saved segments. Once organized, you can take bulk actions, send group messages, and set follow-up tasks.

In the widget, you can view contacts from workflows and saved segments you've created. When you choose a workflow, you can either view all contacts in that workflow or sort by Stage. We'll display how long the contact has been in that stage.

You can also view which contacts have been exited from the workflow as Successful or Unsuccessful.

How to set reminders

The Contact List feature will show the Stay In Touch clock which you can utilize to set specific time intervals for how often you'd like to stay in touch with a contact. Just click on the clock and choose a time interval or set a custom period.

You can also mark contacts as important from the widget.
