As a salesperson or manager, it’s important to see the projected value of your pipeline relative to the coming months and quarters. It's also important to understand why deals are being lost.
With Nimble's Deals Lost by Reasons widget for the Today Page dashboard, you’ll have no problem knowing exactly where to focus your efforts to hit your sales targets.
This widget displays the reasons why deals were lost, allowing you to understand why deals are being lost and make adjustments accordingly. This can help you pinpoint precise issues in your sales pipeline or sales pipeline processes.
The Deals Lost by Reasons shows all of your lost deals organized by date, pipeline, user and reason. The color coding gives you a visual of the amount of deals that fall under a specific lost reason.
Deals Lost by Reasons can be viewed as a Donut or in a Table.
To alter the information that displays in the donut/table, just click Filters to make quick changes. You can make changes to the date range, time period and pipeline. When you refresh the page, the widget will reset to the original filters. To set permanent filters for each widget, read on.
Accessing the Deals Lost by Reasons Widget
Go to the “Manage Widgets” menu on your Today Page dashboard and then select “Deals Lost by Reasons” to make it visible in your account.
Once added, you can drag and drop the widget around the Today page until it's in the desired spot.
You can set default filters for this widget by clicking "Filters" and selecting from the drop-down list.
