Our Today Page gives you a dashboard with clear, customizable views of your pipelines, activities, email tracking, and more.

The Today Page provides an intuitive, high-level dashboard that displays the pulse of your business to help you take smarter actions.

Notifications regarding your events, tasks, deals, and stay-in-touch reminders for the day will appear on this page. You'll also see contact suggestions under "Highlighted Contacts".

Personalize Your Today Page

You can change the cover photo on your Today page in Nimble by selecting one of the options we provide, or by uploading your own photo (up to 1200x1400 pixels for the best results)! Simply select "Manage Widgets", and use the "Change Cover" button to get started.

Additionally, you can now add a logo to show off your brand! After selecting "Manage Widgets", choose "Add Logo" to set this up. Logos display best with a width of 285 pixels, but we'll scale it for you if the size is different.

To add a widget, just click "Manage Widgets" and then choose "Add Widget". A drop-down list of available widgets will appear. You can select one to add to the page. You can also edit the widget's name by clicking the pencil icon.

To rearrange the widgets, select the top right-hand corner of the widget and then drag it to place it.


To set a specific filter as the default for a widget, simply choose it within the settings of the Today page.

Today Page Widgets

There are many different widgets for the Today Page. We've listed some of our most popular widgets below:

Revenue Forecast: This widget allows you to predict future revenue based on current deals in your sales pipeline. This will help your sales team see the projected value of your pipeline relative to the coming months, quarters and years.


Deals Lost by Reasons: This widget displays the reasons why deals were lost, allowing you to understand why deals are being lost and make adjustments accordingly. This can help you pinpoint precise issues in your sales pipeline or sales pipeline processes.


Pipeline Funnel: This widget allows you to track the conversion rate of deals at each stage of your sales pipeline so you can identify which stages have the lowest conversion rates and make adjustments to improve those stages.


Call Logging: This enables you to quickly log and schedule activities related to a contact. This feature includes the ability to schedule a call date/time, log call duration, call resolution, completion date/time, and more. You and your team can log calls from the past, present, and future.


Task Management: Follow through on today’s to-do’s to cultivate the right deals and connections, personally and at scale. You can also delegate tasks to your team to optimize accountability and communication across the board.


Prepare for Meetings: Review your meetings for the day and always come prepared with social relationship insights about the people you’re meeting with. See profiles complete with business insights, sales intelligence, and an in-depth history of communication with your entire team.

 


Scan Prospects’ Engagement Signals: Remain up to date on engagement opportunities and track important metrics, such as birthdays and message activity. This information can be used to optimize your marketing strategy and enhance your overall customer experience.

Add multiple widgets

Nimble enables you to add multiples of the same widget on the Today page. This way, you can track the progress of two different pipelines, side by side. Just click "Manage Widgets" and then choose "Add Widget" at the top. You can then select the widget of your choice to duplicate it.

You can also click the 3 dots on a widget and choose "Duplicate Widget".
