We know that you're not always near a computer when it's time to create or update a deal.
This article will help you to learn how to use Deals on Android and iPhone to manage your sales pipeline while you are in the field.
How do I view my pipeline while on the mobile app?
Open the mobile app and select “Deals” from the bottom right of your Nimble menu.
How do I create a Deal on the mobile app?
Create a Deal by selecting the “+” icon on the top right of the Deals tab from your Android or iPhone.
You may then enter a deal name, relate the deal to multiple contacts and companies, add the amount, expected close date, probability, and choose a beginning stage for your deal.
What displays in a Deal?
When you select a Deal, you’ll see: the Person or Company involved in the deal, as well as details such as Amount, Stage, Expected Close Date, Probability of Closing, Deal Assignment, Creation Date, Tags and Custom Fields.
How do I update or close a deal?
Select the 3 dots “...” button on the top-right of your screen to close the deal as Won/Lost or to Edit the Deal to update the status.
Custom fields can also be updated while on mobile. A custom field on your Deal card lets you capture vital information personalized to each Deal. To add a custom field, you must first add it on the desktop version of Nimble. On the mobile view of your Pipelines, you will not be able to add new custom fields to a Pipeline. But in Edit mode on mobile, you can update them.
How do I add Tasks, Events, or Notes to a Deal?
Select the Checkmark, Calendar, or Notebook icons to assign a Task, create an Event, or log a Note related to the Deal.
View and Edit Deals from the Contact Record
You can also add deals to a contact record. To do this, visit the contact record and click "Deal". You'll then be able to choose a pipeline, name the deal, assignee, stage, amount, etc. When ready, click "Create".
The deal will display on the contact record, in Quick Nav >> Interactions >> Deals.
