Getting Started with Webforms

Forms are a great way to collect information and build a database of interested leads. They can be used to capture contact information, register visitors for newsletters and events, or ask questions and gather feedback. Forms are a crucial component of any website and they can be used for many different purposes. With web forms embedded, you can enhance engagement and overall improve conversation rates.

Nimble offers a variety of web form templates. From Registration and Newsletter Sign-up forms to Order and Product Feedback Forms. To get started with creating your form, click here: Customize Web Forms and Templates

Embedding your webform

Once you have created your form, visit the Web Form tab to access it. Choose your form then click "Share Form". To add to your website, follow the embed instructions or copy the link.

When using the Embed Instructions, you'll want to copy and paste the script tag (Step 1) first and then the div code (Step 2).

There is also a Share via link which can be used to send your form directly to your customers. It can be sent via email, social shares, websites, etc.

Here are two examples of embedding your form in WordPress and Wix.

WordPress

To add your form to WordPress, just visit Pages. Click the blue "+" at the top then search "Custom HTML". Go back to Nimble, then copy the two codes under Embed Instruction - add script tag first then div code.

Add them to the field.

When you are ready, click "Update". Then click "View Page" to check your new form.

Wix.com

To add your web form to Wix, click on the Design Site (or any other website builder) in Wix. Select the "+" sign then choose Embed Code >> "Embed HTML".

Go back to Nimble, then copy the two codes under Embed Instruction - add script tag first then div code. Insert them into the field.

Using the Share via link

To share your link on social media, email, and beyond, simply copy the "Share via link" option. This will generate a trackable link that makes it easy to share your content with your leads and contacts. With this link, you can also keep track of how many people filled out your form and get more insights on how your submissions are performing.

Add through social shares:

Add to your email

In Nimble you can send single and group messages. With both, you have the option to utilize saved templates. Forms can be inserted into message templates to provide contacts the option to populate and submit the forms to you for their intended purpose.

Managing Web Forms

Once a lead or contact has filled out your web form, you can view their responses by going to the Web Forms tab and selecting the specific form from the list. This will allow you to see all of the responses, along with the contact or lead information of the individuals who submitted them. This way, you can ensure accuracy and take any necessary action as desired.
