Embed Your Web Form

Looking to enhance your website's functionality and engage your audience more effectively? Embedding web forms from Nimble allows you to do all that and more.

With just a few simple steps and a few lines of code, you can seamlessly integrate our web forms onto your site, giving your visitors a more convenient and streamlined experience when submitting information or performing other actions.

The powerful customization options also allow you to tailor the forms to fit perfectly within the aesthetics and branding of your website, making it a seamless addition to your digital presence.

Embedding your webform

Once you have created your form, visit the Inbound tab >> Web forms>>Forms List to access it. Choose your form, then click "Share Form".

To add to your website, follow the embed instructions. You'll want to copy and paste the script tag (Step 1) first and then the div code (Step 2).

Note: There is also a Share via link which can be used to send your form directly to your customers. It can be sent via email, social shares, websites, etc.

Here are a few examples of how to embed your form in popular website builders:

  • WordPress

To add your form to WordPress:

  1. Click Pages and the blue "+" at the top

  2. Search "Custom HTML"

  3. Copy the two codes under the Share/Embed instructions from Nimble

  4. Add script tag and div code to HTML block

When you are ready, click "Update". Then click "View Page" to check your new form.


  • Wix.com

To add your web form to Wix:

  1. Click Edit website, then select the Add (+) button in the top-left corner

  2. Choose “Embed code”

  3. Copy the two codes from the Share/Embed instructions in Nimble

  4. Paste them into the HTML block (script tag first, then the div code)

  5. Click Apply


  • Hostinger

To add your web form to Hostinger:

  1. Click Edit website, then select the Elements (+) button in the top-left corner

  2. Choose “Embed code”

  3. Copy the two codes from the Share/Embed instructions in Nimble

  4. Paste them into the HTML block (script tag first, then the div code)


  • Squarespace

To add your web form to Squarespace:

  1. Click Edit Website, then go to Pages >> Custom Code / Code Injection

  2. Paste the script tag into the Footer section and save your changes

  3. Go back to Edit Site, and add a Code Block on the page where you want the form to appear

  4. Insert the div code into the Code Block and save


  • Shopify

To add your web form to Shopify:

  1. Go to Online Store >> Themes >> Customize

  2. Open the page where you want the form

  3. Click Add section

  4. Choose “Custom Liquid”

  5. Paste your Nimble embed code there


Using the Share via link

To share your link on social media, email, and beyond, simply copy the "Share via link" option.

This will generate a trackable link that makes it easy to share your content with your leads and contacts. With this link, you can also keep track of how many people filled out your form and get more insights on how your submissions are performing.

In Nimble you can send single and group messages. With both, you have the option to utilize saved templates. Forms can be inserted into message templates to provide contacts the option to populate and submit the forms to you for their intended purpose.

Managing Web Forms

Once a lead or contact has filled out your web form, you can view their responses by going to the Web Forms tab>>All Rresponses. This will allow you to see all of the responses, along with the contact or lead information of the individuals who submitted them. This way, you can ensure accuracy and take any necessary action as desired.
