Nimble's new web form feature is now available on Android and iOS. This feature enables users to gather the information they need from their leads and contacts and then quickly and easily view the results of your web forms while on the go.
Step 1: Download the apps. You may download the apps here:
Step 2: Create web forms from a desktop. You can learn how to do this here: Getting Started with Nimble Webforms
Step 3: Once web forms have been created, open the mobile app and click on the Web Forms tab. You will then see a list of your web forms.
In some cases, you may need to click on More and then choose Web Forms.
>> Clicking on one will enable you to see the submissions for that web form. There will be a tally of both new and total submissions from the last 30 days.
Below this graph, you will see Responses from your submissions. This will include the fields you have set up for the web form which could be name, email, location, etc.
Step 4: Click on the responses to see the full details and to make certain changes such as:
Assign the User
Submissions can be assigned to users on your account.
Changing Response Status
After a response has been reviewed, you can change the status as a reminder and inform your team.
Add Contact to Account
Nimble will let you know if this contact exists in your database and if they do not, you will have the option to add the contact.
Share Form
Forms can be shared outside of Nimble. Just click the "Share Form" button, and a link copy will be added to your clipboard which you can paste anywhere you need.
