Nimble's Webforms is a powerful new feature that allows users to gather the information they need from their leads and contacts. Quickly and easily create customized online forms that can be embedded in emails, websites, and social media pages as well as integrated with other services. With the intuitive drag-and-drop editor and pre-designed templates, creating these forms is a breeze.

Webforms are an easy and convenient way to create and manage customized forms for collecting leads, building surveys, generating support tickets, and much more. With this feature, users can create their own forms with a few simple clicks and manage them directly in Nimble. This powerful feature is a game-changing addition to the Nimble platform, making it a valuable tool for businesses trying to improve their communication and productivity.

Business teams can use the many ready-to-use web form templates or build custom web forms with the fields they need to manage their business process.

There are several ways that you can use web forms, such as:

  • Embed Your Webform - You can embed your form just about anywhere: your social channels, emails, and of course, your website! Nimble provides embedding codes for all websites including WordPress, and Wix

  • Webform Reporting- When a contact has filled out the form, submissions are tracked and reported providing you with the ability to take further actions and engage effectively

What Else You Should Know About Web Forms?

In addition to what has been mentioned, you should also know the following:

  • Web Forms are available on a 30-day trial period. During this time, you can create up to 10 web forms. To learn more about billing details, take a look at this article: Nimble's Web Form Billing Details

  • Web Forms are shared with your team and are not private at the moment. Everyone can see forms created by other users and submissions. However, only the web form owner can edit the form

  • Web Forms are only available on the Business plan. If you are on a Legacy plan, you can upgrade to Business by going to Settings >> Billings
