The Send Later feature in Nimble is a powerful tool that can help you and your team automate your messaging workflow and make sure your messages always go out at the right time. Whether you're a sales representative, customer service agent, or marketing professional, being able to schedule messages in advance can be a huge time-saver.

With Send Later, you can draft your messages ahead of time and set them to go out at a specific time or date. This way, you can keep your inbox organized and avoid the rush of sending messages during busy times of the day.

As an added convenience, the Send Later feature is available across our entire platform - from the Message tab in the app on your phone, to the Prospector app, and also on your Nimble contact or deal record. Whether you're on the go or working from your desktop, you can easily queue up emails to be sent at a later time, without interruption to your regular workflow.

How to schedule a message for later

Navigate to the Message tab in Nimble and click on "New Message" or choose one from your Inbox. Draft your message as you normally would, and when you're ready to send it, click on the three dots located in the bottom right corner of the composer.

In the menu that appears, you'll find the option to "Send Later." Selecting this option will enable you to schedule your message for a specific time or date, making it easier to manage your messaging workflow and ensure that your important messages go out at the right time.

From here, you can select a pre-determined send time or set a custom date and time of your choice. Once you have chosen your preferred time or date, simply click on the "Save Date" button to schedule the message.

You will notice that the scheduled date and time of your message are now visible at the bottom of your message.

When you are ready, click "Send Later".

Make changes to the scheduled time

To make changes to your scheduled message time while still in the email composer window, simply click on the "Change Time" button. You will be given the option to choose a different date and time from a dropdown menu. This feature provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to adjust your send times on the fly without having to exit the composer window.

In addition to "Send Later," you also have the option to "Unschedule" your email so that you can send it right away.

This feature is useful if you realize that the scheduled time is no longer appropriate or if you want to expedite the response to a lead or contact. Clicking the "Unschedule" button will immediately change the scheduled time to the current date and time, allowing you to press the "Send" button as you normally would.

If you would rather send the message immediately, then simply click the 3 dots again and then choose "Send Now".

View schedule Send Later messages

To view a list of your scheduled Send Later messages, navigate to the Message tab in Nimble and click on the folder labeled "Send Later." Here, you'll be able to access all of your queued messages that have been scheduled for a later time or date. You can select individual messages, make changes to their scheduled times, unschedule them, or even choose to send them immediately.

This feature ensures that you always have a clear overview of your scheduled messaging tasks and enables you to optimize your messaging workflows for greater productivity.
