The Nimble Deal Records provides a modern look at your sales opportunities; allowing for an easy-to-navigate and actionable profile. View valuable sales details, track interactions, schedule activities, attach files, modify custom fields, and much more -- right from the deal record.
At the top, is the deal's profile card where you'll see the most relevant information about your deal. This includes the name of the deal, stage, amount, probability, description, deal owner, and privacy status.
Clicking the 3 dots will allow you to advance the deal to the next stage, mark it as Won, Lost, or remove it from the pipeline. You can also attach files.
Underneath this, you'll see Related Contacts as well as Tags and custom deal fields. Use inline editing to make changes such as adding additional contacts, creating more tags, and modifying the custom fields.
Quick Action Buttons
This allows you to easily Add Notes to your deals, log or schedule activities, send messages, and attach files to the deal record.
Popup forms will launch when you click on the action buttons. You can collapse and expand without losing the information you're typing in.
While reviewing your deal record, you may want to send a message and use Nimble's Watched Email feature to set a reminder for an email that requires your attention in the future. The message will then be copied to Watched Email where you can better manage your response and send timely responses.
Deal Data Tabs
Activities - will store all of your tasks, calls, events, and other custom activity types pertaining to the deal
Messages - all interactions with the related contacts will display on the deal record
Notes - all logged notes pertaining to the deal will display in this tab
Attachments - keeps track of all files from OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox and uploads from your computer
History/Changes - a history of changes will display here by date and time. These changes include updates to the contact owner, description, amount, expected closed date, custom fields, etc
