Syncing Custom Data Fields
Continuous two-way syncing ensures that any additions or modifications made to your contacts in one platform are automatically reflected in the other. This includes syncing contacts along with custom data fields.
The Nimble + PhoneBurner integration seamlessly syncs basic contact information like first and last names, phone numbers, and more. However, if you have additional details stored in custom fields, rest assured that these can also be synchronized with PhoneBurner.
To get started with syncing custom data fields, visit your Settings >> Integrations and click on the PhoneBurner integration. To learn how to set this integration, please take a look at the following:
In the Field Mapping section, map Nimble fields to PhoneBurner fields.
Choose Nimble Field and choose from the dropdown list. Then under the PhoneBurner Field, do the same. You'll need to create the field both in Nimble and PhoneBurner to ensure the data syncs.
You can map as many fields as you need. Just click "Add one more mapping". When you're ready, click "Save Mapping".

Field Types Eligible For Sync
Nimble and PhoneBurner can consistently sync field types such as dates, text, and selection options between platforms. This ensures that vital information remains readily available during calls, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
For instance, if you aim to monitor the last date you contacted someone, you can set up a custom field in PhoneBurner for this purpose. Then, by making a field with an identical name in Nimble, any information entered in these fields will be automatically shared and updated between both platforms.
