Table Of Contents:

Getting Started

To begin viewing your reports, head over to your Sequences tab. There, you'll find a comprehensive overview, including the number of contacts that have entered each sequence, the current number of active contacts, engagement rates, and the date each sequence was published.

For a comprehensive report, click on one of the sequences.

Nimble will then present five sub-tabs detailing the current location of your contacts within the sequence.

  • Message Performance Report: This report presents data percentages for open, click, reply, and bounce rates at each stage of the sequence, offering insights into the effectiveness of your messaging strategy.

  • Active: Providing an overview of contacts currently engaged in the sequence, this report furnishes details about each contact's status and activity.

  • Successful: Tracking contacts that have successfully completed the sequence, this report offers visibility into successful exits.

  • Unsuccessful: This report monitors contacts that have exited the sequence unsuccessfully, offering insights into areas for improvement.

  • Errors: Highlighting any messages that failed to send due to errors with Nimble's sending process, this report helps identify and resolve issues promptly.

  • Global Conditions Stats: These statistics are periodically checked while contacts are in the sequence and before sending messages, providing valuable insights into conditions affecting contact engagement and message delivery.

You can easily add new contacts to your sequence by clicking "Add Contacts". For full details, take a look at this article: Add Contacts To Your Sequences

Message Performance Report

The Message Performance Report provides insights into your sequence's performance as contacts progress. You can monitor the number of contacts in the sequence, track successful and unsuccessful outcomes, identify active recipients, and gauge engagement levels.

Nimble diligently tracks the open and click rates, along with replies and bounces, for each message your contacts receive.

You can click on these to see a list of contacts who interacted, select them, and take further action such as removing them from the sequence or tagging them.

Upon reaching the end of the sequence, Nimble will provide a percentage indicating how many contacts have successfully completed it.

Global Conditions Stats

Global conditions in a sequence are overarching rules that influence the behavior of the entire sequence. They are checked periodically while contact(s) is in the sequence, and before sending any message.

Global Condition Stats meticulously tracks its statistics, informing you of bounced messages, contact unsubscribes, successful exits, and unsuccessful exits.

Active Reports

The Active Contact report presents contacts in a list view, encompassing all contacts that have entered the sequence but have not yet exited.

The standard columns will showcase the Last Action that occurred, its date, when the contact entered that stage of the sequence, who added the contact, and the associated email address.

As your contacts progress, they'll move to the subsequent stage below, gradually descending the list until they either successfully or unsuccessfully conclude the sequence.

Table Columns

Contacts can be sorted alphabetically by name from A to Z or Z to A. Additionally, you have the flexibility to configure the table and display columns in a different order. You can select from existing contact fields typically found on a contact record or create new fields to suit your needs.

Exiting and Exporting Contacts

When you select a group of contacts, you'll see two options at the top - the ability to exit contacts as successful or unsuccessful and export contacts to either a CSV file or vCard. Exit or Export one or multiple contacts at a time.

View Contact Details

Click on a contact's name to access their full details. A widget will open, showcasing the contact's record. From there, you can take various actions, such as adding them to a Workflow or Deal, scheduling a call or meeting, or updating their contact details.

Successful and Unsuccessful Reports

To visualize all contacts that have successfully or unsuccessfully exited your sequence, navigate to these subtabs, where contacts will be displayed in a list view.

Here, you can take the same actions as with Active contacts, including accessing their full contact record, viewing them in standard columns, modifying table columns, and exporting contacts to a CSV file or vCard.

The contacts can also be sorted by Newer Contacts First or Older Contacts First.

The standard columns will display the last action date as Exited, last action date, added by, and sequence associated email.
