Make sure to include the Email field in the Build Form, as an email address is required to add new contacts to Nimble through web forms.

Next, click Form Settings then After Submit Actions".

Ensure that the "Create Contacts on Form Submission" toggle is switched to the right. In the Form Fields setup, verify that both Name and Email are properly mapped.

Switch the "Add Contacts to Sequences" toggle to the right.

Email Form Field will be automatically mapped to your Email field.

Next to "Sequences," select the Sequence to which you want to sync the webform contacts.

The same process can be followed for Webhooks!

Now when you receive a submission, you will see those created contacts appear in the first stage of your selected workflow!
