Managing Imported Meeting Notes
Once your meeting notes are successfully synced to Nimble, Nimble automatically processes the information and updates your CRM records. You can review imported meetings, check their processing status, and see what information was added to your CRM.
Exploring All Requests Tab
Under the All Requests tab, you'll find a list of meeting note import requests, along with their processing status and CRM results.
For each request, you can see the following columns:
Received - The date and time Nimble received the meeting information.
System - The meeting note-taking app that sent the information.
Meeting - the name of the imported meeting.
Status - The current processing status of the request.
CRM Result - A summary of what Nimble created, such as a meeting event or a new contact.
Nimble automatically matches meeting participants with your existing contacts. If a participant is already in Nimble, the meeting event with the key takeaways is linked to their contact record. If the participant doesn't exist, Nimble will create a new contact record when sufficient information is available.
To quickly locate a meeting, use the Search meeting field or click Filters to narrow down the results. You can filter requests by:
Connection: Select a connected meeting note-taking tool.
Status: Filter requests by their processing status.
Received date: Choose Any time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.
Reviewing Meeting Request Details
Want to take a closer look at an imported meeting? Click View under the Actions column to open the Request Details panel. Here, you'll find the following details:
The meeting note-taking app name that sent the information.
The name of the imported meeting.
The processing result.
The date and time the request finished processing.
New contact records created from the meeting information, if any.
Existing Nimble contacts linked to the meeting.
Meeting events created in Nimble.
Meeting attendees and their email addresses.
An overview of how Nimble processed the meeting information and updated your CRM.
The meeting transcript, when provided by the connected note-taking tool.
You can click the linked contact names or meeting events to open their records directly in the Meeting Note Import tab.
This makes it easy to see what information was imported, which CRM records were created or linked, and whether any follow-up actions are needed.
