Using Workflows on Contact Records in Mobile

Nimble's Workflow feature enables you and your team to track all of your most essential processes no matter where you work. This includes working from the Nimble mobile app for Android and iOS.

This article will focus primarily on using Workflow in our Nimble app for mobile.

Accessing Workflows from the Contacts tab

In the Contacts tab, click the Menu icon then choose "Workflows". You will then see a list of your existing Workflows.

Select a workflow to access all associated contacts.

If you select a contact, it will take you to the contact record, where you will see all the current workflows the contact belongs to and advance your contacts through the different stages.

Clicking "Add To Workflow" will display all available workflows that you can add your contact to.

Edit Data in "Board Card Fields"

To edit the data fields that display on a contact card, go to the contact record and click "Quick Nav" >> "Data Fields". Click the pencil icon to edit, then swipe to the left to access the "Workflows" tab.

From here, you can make changes.
