Nimble’s Deals feature enables you and your team to track all of your sales opportunities on multiple, customizable pipelines and lists. This provides you and your team with a visual of your sales productivity. To learn more about creating deals, take a look at this article: Nimble's Deal Feature Overview
Deals can now be sorted and filtered to help you organize your data and find the data that you want. Deals can be filtered to display only the rows that meet your criteria and hide rows that you do not want to display.
To get started visit your Deals tab.
Sorting options will be available for all pipelines/lists, including deals won and lost. It will appear at the top of the page.
Filtering options are only available within the list view for each deal pipeline.
On some column headers, you'll see 3 dots. Clicking this will display filters.
Sorting Deals
In the "All Deals Pipeline", you will see all of your deals from all of your created pipelines. It will also include won and lost deals. The sort options in this list view include:
Actual close date
Expected close date
Description
Amount
Name
Choosing any of these options will sort your deals accordingly.
In Pipeline view:
In each individual pipeline, you will see the following sorting options:
By name A-Z
By name Z-A
Newer deals first
Older deals first
Selecting an option will sort the pipeline stage. For example, if you choose to sort "By name Z-A" the deal names will be sorted for each stage from Z to A.
In the List view:
Sort options are also available within the List view and have more to choose from. Including:
Actual close date
Expected close date
Amount
Description
Newer deals first
Older deals first
Custom Fields
Deals are sorted by your selection within the stage they are in. These options are also available in the Won and Lost view.
Filtering Deals
Deals can be filtered while in the List view of any Deal pipeline. To filter, look for the 3 dots on the column header. You can select multiple filters to get the desired results.
You can filter your deals by Stages, Pipeline (in All Deals), Owner, Amount, Description, Related Contacts, Expected Close Date, and Tags.
