We've re-designed deals from the ground up with tons of features you asked for to make your sales process even better. These features include:

  • Deal Tags to group your deals

  • Custom Fields to capture important information

  • Detailed Changelog of everything that happened to a deal

  • Currencies Options to track your sales globally

  • Default Probability by pipeline and stage

New Deals are currently in preview and more exciting deal features are just around the corner such as Customizable Reports, Advanced Search, Saved Segments, Filtering Messages, Deal Automation, and Activities. Coming soon!

Nimble’s Deals feature enables you and your team to track all of your sales opportunities on multiple, customizable pipelines and lists. Once you have pre-qualified your lead by utilizing Workflows, you can then convert them to a deal where you'll continue the sales process. Move contacts from one stage to the next until they reach a successful outcome.

The Deals pipeline delivers a modern and streamlined view of your sales opportunities. Features such as Tags and Custom Fields will aid you in tracking detailed and relevant information for your prospective deals.

If you have existing deals with Nimble, they will not display in the new UI. Instead, you will see prior deals underneath Legacy Pipelines within the Deals tab. Legacy deals can be converted to the new UI.

  • Create Custom Deal Pipelines - Create your own custom pipelines equipped with tags and custom fields to help you better track your sales and grow your business.

  • Pipelines and Lists Views - Progress your contacts from one stage to the next either in the Pipeline or List view. Use inline editing to make quick changes to the information you have on your contacts.

  • Add Deals from anywhere - Fill out the deal's form from just about anywhere to quickly add sales to your pipeline. Or move contacts in bulk from a Workflow to any pipeline you choose.

  • Detailed Deal Records - See the full details of your Deals on a record. With the ability to send and track messages, schedule activities, add notes, attach files, and much more.

  • Deal Reporting - Get an overview of your organization's deal performance by utilizing Reports. This will provide you with an overview of past and future revenue, evaluate the rep's performance and identify areas of improvement.

  • Deal Privacy - Manage who on your team can view and edit deal pipelines and everything associated with them.


What Else Can I Do With Deals?

In addition to what has been mentioned, you can also do the following:

  • Create multiple deal pipelines and list all of your business practices

  • Sort your deals by tags! Just visit the Deals tab and click the dropdown arrow next to Tags, you can select a tag or two and display the related contacts

  • Keep track of your "Stuck" deals. A "stuck" deal is a deal that has exceeded the set limit of days within a given stage. It will appear in red. You can determine if you want to move forward with the deal or delete it

  • This feature is not available on the Legacy plan, so upgrade today!

  • Export your deals from Nimble at any time to a CSV file. Check out this article to learn more: How to export data out of Nimble
