With Nimble, you can streamline your calling process with group speed dialing, saving you valuable time while ensuring effective communication. Plus, our integration automatically records calls and syncs them to your Nimble account, keeping your records up-to-date with call outcomes, next steps, and any custom field changes.

Begin by navigating to your Settings >> Integrations page and selecting 'Enable' for the PhoneBurner integration.

To generate a token for Nimble use the following URL after signing into your account. Click "Generate a new token". Copy-paste your PhoneBurner token in Nimble.

That's it! You're all set to begin calling contacts from Nimble.

To initiate a group dialing session, navigate to your Contacts tab and select the contacts you wish to call. Make sure that each contact's Nimble record includes a valid phone number.

Select the contacts then choose Create Dial Session under Actions. Phoneburner will launch and start queuing the contacts to call.

If you find yourself making calls frequently, manually recording each one in its corresponding contact record can be a time-consuming task. With our new integration, Nimble streamlines this process by automatically logging calls as activities the moment they occur.

They will appear on the contact record under the Interactions >> Activities sub-tab.

Additionally, you won’t have to worry about losing valuable call recordings! The recording from your dial session is directly linked to the corresponding contact record for easy access.

In addition to placing calls and automatically logging them in Nimble, the integration allows you to further nurture your leads and contacts using Workflows. This integration empowers users to automate workflows, triggering actions such as advancing a contact's stage, logging a call, or even scheduling follow-ups. Automating this sales process frees up your team to prioritize vital tasks and ensures that every interaction is recorded and followed up efficiently.
